"I support Darrell Rice for Canton City Council. He has a caring heart and a conscientious mind. Both are qualities that will serve the citizens of Canton very well. His work with City of Refuge is a testament to his concern for others, as is his service as Chair of the Canton Housing Authority. His interest in the City has been obvious for years by his attendance at City meetings and observing the work of the Council. I have always found him to be a proactive, rather than a reactive, citizen.
